@ysunil702 - If you have not done so, could you [open a support case](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud/current/ec-get-help.html#ec_how_do_i_open_a_support_case) for any issues with your deployment in Elasticsearch Service (ESS)? That will be the best way to help you out 🙂 ---
