# Unable to load beats input plugin after installing it locally

After installing beats input plugin after dowloadong from github and generating .gem file, it appears when listed the plugins in logstash, but when ran any configuration file on beats, it says pluginLoading error.

Can someone guide me how to install a customized plugin.
