My Kibana failed to restart after i changed the CSV setting "maxSizeBytes" in kibana.yml. Its working well if i reverted back the settings. Please advise

What version of kibana are you on? I've tried changing that setting on a test cluster and was able to change it to 2147483648, restart, and then use the cluster. Tried even double that amount and it still worked. Starting sometime in 7.x the [documentation](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/7.17/reporting-settings-kb.html#reporting-csv-settings) changed (from 6.8) to say "there is no maximum" but wondering if prior versions do have a limit.
