# Unable to set up path.repo in ece

Hi there. We are setting up the filesystem snapshot repository in ECE. We are configuring the path.repo for the deployment in the User setting overrides section but it does not pick up and fails.  
Can you please guide us how to set the path.repo for an Elastic cluster in ECE.

Not sure how I just saw this now - apologies

In case this is still of use (or other people searching that arrive here) ECE only supports blob store snapshot storage - use `minio` or similar to convert from that to a grid FS if needed
