# Unable to stop kibana

when I try to load a 1.5 GB file into elasticsearch. I get an error
{"timestamp":"2018-11-08T00:40:22.150+0000","status":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"None of the configured nodes were available:{ml.machine\_memory=33361514496, ml.max\_open\_jobs=20, xpack.installed=true, ml.enabled=true}]",
And the kibana stops listening to elasticsearch. if I try to stop kibana it shows
[ec2-user@ip-172-31-27-154 ~]$ sudo -i service kibana stop
/etc/init.d/kibana: line 72: kill: (27422) - No such process
kibana stop failed; still running.

Hello, is there any output from running `service kibana status`?
