Hi, We use 6.8.1 with 3 cluster and got into this situation due to one of the hosts ran out of storage. I used the below command to address the read-only index. curl -X PUT '[http://xxxxxxxxxxxxx:9200/\_all/\_settings](http://xxxxxxxxxxxxx:9200/_all/_settings) -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d' {"index.blocks.read\_only": false } ' Any help would be much appriciated. \<{"cluster\_name":"elasticclusterprod","status":"yellow","timed\_out":false,"number\_of\_nodes":3,"number\_of\_data\_nodes":3,"active\_primary\_shards":246,"active\_shards":491,"relocating\_shards":0,"initializing\_shards":0,"unassigned\_shards":1,"delayed\_unassigned\_shards":0,"number\_of\_pending\_tasks":0,"number\_of\_in\_flight\_fetch":0,"task\_max\_waiting\_in\_queue\_millis":0,"active\_shards\_percent\_as\_number":99.79674796747967}/\> ---

I think you may need to do both of these. ``` PUT /_all/_settings { "index.blocks.read_only_allow_delete": null, "index.blocks.read_only": false } ``` Also assume you have enough space now? ---
