# Understanding Logstash queues/pipelines

Hi Team,

I am using Logstash to ship logs to ES . There are a lot of wrong mapping/mapping violations in my logstash logs. We cannot correct these violation errors immediately in our ELK setup.  
Do these violations impact logstash performance or any performance-related issues?
