# Unknown setting \[thread\_pool.bulk.queue\_size\]

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: unknown setting [thread\_pool.bulk.queue\_size] did you mean any of [thread\_pool.get.queue\_size, thread\_pool.write.queue\_size, thread\_pool.analyze.queue\_size, thread\_pool.search.queue\_size, thread\_pool.listener.queue\_size]?

Has anyone seen this Error with 7.0.1?

My Config is set  
thread\_pool:  
search:  
size: 30  
queue\_size: 4000  
min\_queue\_size: 2000  
max\_queue\_size: 4000  
auto\_queue\_frame\_size: 2000  
target\_response\_time: 1s  
bulk:  
size: 30  
queue\_size: 2000

The `bulk` threadpool was renamed to `write` in 6.3.0, and support for the legacy `bulk` name was [removed in 7.0.0](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/breaking-changes-7.0.html#write-thread-pool-fallback).
