So I did some research and often it says it's a bug so ... I also found this article : - [Services using the "Type=Notify" and "NotifyAccess=All" settings are vulnerable to being inadvertently shut down by other services - Red Hat Customer Portal](https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3062191) and it says: - Services defined in systemd not using the Type=Notify and NotifyAccess=All settings may print one of the following message in the log.
