# Updating kibana dashboards

I have a bunch of dashboards that I maintain . I do this from a privileged account, ordinary users have read only access.
When I make changes to a dashboard and save them. I then login as an unprivileged user and the dashboard still looks the same. Eventually they seem to update.
How can I update the dashboards and get kibana to serve the new one in a predictable fashion.

Hi @Russell_Fulton. Are the unprivileged users already logged in and using the dashboard that you are editing? If so, it should be sufficient for the users to refresh the browser to update the dashboard.
