# Upgrade from Basic license to Gold License

Hi,

I will like to seek guidance here. I have an Elasticsearch cluster and Kibana, currently an On-prem deployment. I want to enable Alerting, but the basic license does not provide connectors like Slack, Pagerduty, etc.  
How can I move from a Basic license to a Standard/Gold license for an On-prem deployment?.  
Please I look forward to your help.
