I am running elasticsearch (7.2.0) 3 nodes cluster on Kubernetes (EKS) with persistence volume.

Want to upgrade it to 7.5 and was looking at [Rolling upgrades](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/rolling-upgrades.html#rolling-upgrades) procedure which is based mainly focused on non containerised elastic deployment.

Is it recommended to follow this procedure for Kubernetes deployment ?

Is there any separate upgrade procedure for container based deployment of elasticsearch ?
