# Upgraded java to 1.8.0\_191 "\\Common was unexpected at this time." error trying to bring up elasticsearch. Why is this happening?

I have been running Elasticsearch/Kibana/Logstash etc in Windows 7 and just upgraded Java to version 1.8.0\_191.

How can this be fixed?
