seems related to [Colours in field formatters disappear post reboot](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/colours-in-field-formatters-disappear-post-reboot/166270).

I would create a bug report for this issue, including the steps. But could you try reproducing this issue first in a later version of Kibana?
