Hey

It would be super nice if any user can create their templates to fast answer to people.
Templates would be available to create a full response or to complete an existing text.

For example, let's say I have a template I named "install mapper attachments". It could contain text like:

> To install the mapper attachments plugin, use:
>
> ```auto
>
> ```

bin/plugin install mapper-attachments

```auto
> Note that this plugin has been deprecated in 5.0 and will be replaced by [ingest-attachment plugin](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/plugins/master/ingest-attachment.html).
WDYT?
```

Personally, I use TextExpander with a shortcut for this sorta thing.
But it could definitely be useful.
