Is it possible to use ElasticSearch as a message queue? Is there a pubsub
plugin for redis like behavior? If not is there a strategy for any kind of
a FIFO index even if it involves polling?

Thanks

It's not designed for it and I'd imagine if you have a high volume flow in
and out you'd have some major problems keeping up with the indexing
requirements.
