# Using Luke with Elasticsearch 6.2.0

Does anyone have any up to date guidelines for using Luke with Elasticsearch 6.x? I have tried following instructions from [this blogpost](https://simpsora.wordpress.com/2014/05/06/using-luke-with-elasticsearch/) but it seems that the relevant SPI classes from Elasticsearch are not present in Elasticsearch 6.x.
