I am a bit new to this technology but I was wondering if I could use the same ES instance for two different Gitlab environments. Let's say that we have a Gitlab for dev and a Gitlab for prod. Is there any way we can use the same ES instance for both of them?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @botergios,

from what I see from [their docs](https://gitlab.com/help/integration/elasticsearch.md#adding-gitlabs-data-to-the-elasticsearch-index), it may be possible but it depends how they use Elasticsearch. You'll probably get better answers by the [Gitlab project](https://about.gitlab.com/getting-help/#discussion) and may want to try it there.
