Possible to show data values ​​above column? My goal is to prepare dashboard with needed data and graphics and copy all to PowerPoint presentation. ---

Yes I know and little by litte work with this. But I don't understand why one moment visual option are active and I can show column value but other time when I use X axis I can't change this option and can't show values. It is important for me understand why. And does it possible reach it
