# Vertice shows up in gray

Hi !  
Do gray vertices have a special meaning ?  
occasionally I get them all grayed out :

below a graph between 3 fields : type (cond), category (Safe, Injured), and a third Status (VICTIM, RESP)

Why is VICTIM grayed out ?

Yes, it means you found a bug 🙂  
I've not seen a gray vertex before - it's missing the icon too. Can you let me know what browser you are running? Does the browser console display any errors? Can you reproduce it and share the mapping/docs required to reproduce it?

I have been playing all day with that dataset and I cannot reproduce it today ... 😕

It happened a couple of times yesterday on Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit) with the dataset available in [https://github.com/bahaaldine/elasticsearch-paris-accidentology-demo.git](https://github.com/bahaaldine/elasticsearch-paris-accidentology-demo.git)  
Will keep an eye on this and keep you posted ...
