# View surrounding documents allow filter

I see the document show here have filter, but my kibana 5.4.3 don't. which version should I use?

you are looking at the documentation for the next 5.x release, which will be version 5.5.0. The release will happen "very soon" ™ , so [stay tuned](https://twitter.com/elastic). Please feel free to give feedback here or on [GitHub](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/11466) when you had the chance to try it yourself.
