# Viewing searches/queries in progress?

I'm starting to get errors where the search threadpool & queue are getting overrun, and I can't determine which searches are causing this. Most of the time the queue & threadpool is clear, but more than once it's started to be overrun.
Is there a call that I'm missing where I can view the current searches that are executing to help me pinpoint what query is causing grief?
I'm on Elasticsearch 2.4.

The closest you can get is to check your slowlog, there's work happening around this though so expect improvements moving forward!
