visualize labels do not come all

As seen in the graph, 1 of them has no arrow and label.

You are already showing the legend which contains all the labels. You also have the ability to hover over the chart to see the label. If you really need labels to show all the time, you should use a different chart type.

Here is the problem.  
While the text is indicated with texts in the graphic with arrows, some text does not appear with arrow as I have shown above.

There is no arrow and text representation where it says here.
