Hi,
I am running ES 7.3 and Kibana 7.3 ,Elasticsearch is started and running fine ,but when i start kibana i am getting below error , what is the cause?

can i have more details, Logs and your conf.yml.
and do you start the kibana with the admin privileges ??

Seems that you're using windows.
Try to run powershell as administrator for the elasticsearch and kibana,
maybe there's some directory privileges problemes...
