# Watcher configurtion

Hi,

Let me explain my architecture here, we have 3 master nodes and 10 data nodes. We need to configure watcher to trigger email alert. challenge here it is very secured environment. anyone pleas ehelp me to configure the watcher settings steps in elasticsearch yml file.

my requirement email(Outlook) to trigger alert  
Do we need to add the watcher settings in all the 13 nodes and restart the elasticsearch services to enable watcher in Kibana ???

Challenges what we are facing we have configured watcher in 3 master nodes and 1 data nodes to check whether the watcher is working, unfourtunately we are facing issue to enable the watcher in kibana.

Pleae help me out with watcher settings to be added in yml file and further.
