Hello,

after upgrading the stack from 5.6.8 to 6.2.2 the logs show:

```
[2018-03-28T10:56:21,684][DEBUG][o.e.a.s.TransportSearchAction] [elk02] All shards failed for phase: [query] org.elasticsearch.search.SearchContextException: no mapping found for `cluster_state.nodes_hash` in order to collapse on
...
[2018-03-28T10:57:21,735][ERROR][o.e.x.w.i.s.ExecutableSearchInput] [elk02] failed to execute [search] input for watch [rsrfREKwT8S2KuLjI1PRSA_elasticsearch_nodes], reason [all shards failed]
```

I did use the migration/reindex tools before upgrade.

Regards,
M
