# Watcher + Timelion query

I was looking for options to create a watch(er) with timelion query/expressions. But I didn't find any documentation related to timelion api or any query format to get time series. Is this feature enabled in any recent watcher version?

hey,

timelion is a pure kibana component and thus cannot be used in watcher. You can often rebuild some of the query functionality (at least for elasticsearch) using aggregations and pipeline aggregations however.
