# Waterfall chart with kibana

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a waterfall chart in kibana. is there a visualizer for that?

It depends on what your data looks like. There is a type of waterfall chart in Elastic APM, or in Elastic Uptime. If your data isn't ingested in those formats, then you should use Vega to construct a fully custom visualization. There also might be a Kibana plugin that supports waterfall charts, but I am not aware of one.

Actually, I want to create a dashboard based on business-related transaction information. so I would not be able to use APM or Uptime graphs. I'll try it with Vega.
