# We can't find products matching the selection

There is an online store on Magento 2.3.2  
When you open a department

 ![Error](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/c/a/cac18e8fb5ea460ea1f8bbc3d819ef4ecef47b0c.jpeg), a blank page appears without product cards with an error "We can't find products matching the selection.". The hosting technical support said that the problem is related to Elastic. Does anyone know what is the reason for this error?
