# We couldn't log you in. Please try again - Elastc/Kibana

Hi, I am trying to log in to my kibana but I get the following message:

I have logged in to the server and I get the following error in the log:

[ERROR][plugins.securitySolution.endpoint:user-artifact-packager:1.0.0] EndpointError: Error scheduling task

Please help me to solve this problem

Hello @Giancarlo_Huapaya_Ra,

Is your cluster is healthy? Are you able to get any information on the state of your cluster via the [cluster health API](http://elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/cluster-health.html)?
