Hi @prabakaran23,

Are you able to get any information on the state of your cluster by either logs or via the [cluster health API](http://elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/cluster-health.html)? This [thread](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/we-couldnt-log-you-in-please-try-again/314294/7) may help.
