# What could be the reason for " Courier Fetch: 3 of 12 shards failed. " what's the solution for this?

Check your ES logs, there should be something in there.

That is not an error, that is an INFO.

You may want to try to replicate the error and then check the logs. Otherwise, KB should have a more info button/link you can click that shows the entire error.

There are no common errors, you need to look at your logs.
