My Kibana Dashboard Table Visualization defaults the `date_histogram.time_zone` to `UTC`, and I'm not sure what decides this. I need it to be `UTC+2` or `Europe/Oslo`.

My other spaces that uses ECS defaults everything to `Europe/Oslo`, but my OTel space defaults to UTC. All spaces have `Europe/Oslo` as Time zone space setting.

My OTel space uses the `*-generic.otel-*` indices if that is relevant.

Any thoughts on how to _default/set_ my Dashboard Visualizations in my OTel space to UTC+2 ?
