[\_meta is storing metadata associated with a mapping type](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/mapping-meta-field.html). With the [removal](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.x/removal-of-types.html) of mapping type in ES6 - what is the recommended practice for it?
just make it store metadata associated with the index?
the right location will be similar to the one in type?
