# Where is elasticsearch.client module on python?

Hello,

We have upgraded our clusters to 8.2.0 but are currently having issues with our python scripts for cluster management. Previously, we were using Elasticsearch.client module to manage users, roles, and role mappings using the SecurityClient class as outlined [here](https://elasticsearch-py.readthedocs.io/en/v8.2.2/api.html#security). Since version 8.0.0, we're no longer seeing the Elasticsearch.client module in Elasticsearch client for python.

The [release notes](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/client/python-api/current/release-notes.html#_deprecated) for 8.0.0 list the module as deprecated but provide no guidance as to where the classes have been moved to. Can someone from Elastic please advise on the changes?
