Continuing the discussion from [Some index string fields not appearing in visualization aggregation](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/some-index-string-fields-not-appearing-in-visualization-aggregation/71829/7):
@ppisljar
I have index field added it like this.
 ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/d/4/d4f6ed91e7cd53071e9f5edf8b49e2bf5df1a3e3.png)

Here app\_log is the index name and inner app\_log is the document name.
In what way do I have to give the index in order to make a document not\_analyzed?

You have shown some code previously. Where to add that code?
