Why Current action time option of 2 indices is showing same date and time.  
how to check the indice creation details .  
i have attached the screenshots too.

current action time is showing same in multiple index of winlogbeat. In winlogbeat-7.17.3-2022.10.27-000150 and winlogbeat-7.17.3-2022.11.11-000151
