Hi,

We run ECE version 3.3.0. In the UI, when I open the form to create a deployment template (menu Platform/Templates), I don't have an Integrations Server entry in the form, just the previously used APM instance (labelled as "soon to be deprecated"). In contrast, the `Default` template does have this entry.

So, on creating a deployment based on my own deployment template, I cannot add an Integrations Server to it, at least via the UI.

What are my options to create a deployment template including Integrations Server?

FYI: we need a custom deployment template, as we intend to add allocators with encryption at rest (EAR) enabled and we want to control for a newly created deployment where it lands: on allocators with or without EAR.

Thanks!
Jan Stap
