The

[IAM permissions doc for functionbeat](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/functionbeat/7.2/iam-permissions.html#iam-permissions-sqs-kinesis)

lists a bunch of Cloudformation actions to be granted. What are they needed for? For the deployment process only, or something else?

Thanks
