Er, I don’t understand the question. What part of the effective footer troubles you, and why ?

Elastic , as a company , have a web site. Design and visual elements are up to them surely?

I was not sure if this is intended part of the footer. That's why raised the question. Anyway, folks are aware of this, so closing it.
