Why Total from the Valid Nest Response is equals 2 and the Documents count equal 1. I'm not sure how that is possible.

Documents = Count = 1, Total = 2

Hi @Samer_Abdelwahed Welcome to the community.

It is not exactly clear what your question is

You have not provided enough information to help

In order for us to help you need to show actual samples of your mappings, sample documents in json, and the aggregations/query you are running, what the result is and what you expect the result to be.

Please do not post screenshots.

Also have you read the documents on

The problem is that the document exists and matches the search parameters, but it does not appear in the results (documents), while the Total number count it.

I think that there is an option that blocks the document from appearing within the resulted documents
I don't know what this option is

all the time i found that the document that is blocked is the most compatible with the search criteria
