Hi, I would like to ask if there will be a windows version of Logstash 9.3.0 available for download, and if so, when would it be released? I would need version 9.3.0 as it contains the latest version of log4j (2.25.3) which is secure. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi Rios, thank you so much for your help!
May I ask how did you get this link and if there is a reason why this download link is not in the official logstash download page for V9.3.0?

From the 9.3.0 download page you can go to “View past releases” in the right navigation, and select 9.2.4 (not 9.2.5). Then copy the Windows link ([https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/logstash/logstash-9.2.4-windows-x86\_64.zip](https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/logstash/logstash-9.2.4-windows-x86_64.zip)) and change 9.2.4 to 9.3.0.

Few of the folks answering questions here speak for elastic, so I’m not sure you will get an answer about the changes to the official download page.

As Badger Jedi said, from past releases. The link is always the same, they just change version numbers.

Few months ago, I asked a good soul in Elastic to correct links on the download page. Since this is a minor bug, I don't report these things.

The missing Logstash 9.3.0 release has been pulled due to a known issue [Logstash release notes | Logstash](https://www.elastic.co/docs/release-notes/logstash#logstash-9.3.0-release-notes)

The known issue is not just affecting `aarch64` but also Windows builds, as the JDK bundled is wrong (it contains the JDK for Linux OSes, not the one for Windows).

We’re working on updating the release notes page with the explaination why they are missing and improving the messaging on the release notes to also mention the windows build is missing.
