# Winlogbeat 7.7.0 Keystore Broken?

Adding keys to the keystore in Winlogbeat 7.7.0 seems to be broken. The prompt doesn't respond to any input. I've tested this on three separate machines.
To reproduce:
1. Download fresh copy of Winlogbeat 7.7.0
2. Execute `winlogbeat keystore add test`
3. Try to enter a value for test

@MarianaD My apologies, I should have updated this post to reflect that using the -stdin flag does indeed work.
I checked GitHub prior to posting this and did not see an issue already logged. I guess I'm blind. Thank you! 🙂
