# WInLogBeat not sending data to kibana

so i am using winlogbeat on over 38 servers and 6 are not working, everything installs fine and is the exact same on the working servers but if i run a netstat i do not see the port 5044, ive tried adding the port as a both inbound and outbound firewall rule and i am still not seeing any logs on kibana. please help
