i wish, packetbeat, metricbeat, filebeat and any a future beat or other beat not listed was one package and you just enabled features in the config

It's a fair request 🙂  
The idea with beats are that they are more like traditional unix tools, single units that do one job well and can be deployed and used as needed without bloat.
