# Wont be able to generate .csv file

Hi ,  
i am using kibana version 6.4 and Wont be able to generate .csv file. sometimes it work automatically and sometimes not.  
It showing me error that field format is not a constructor.  
Please suggest me

Just a note. Your version is too old. Please upgrade to at least 6.8 or better 7.12.

Hi Team,

But my csv was properly generated few days ago, from last 3-4 days getting such errors. is there any another way to download csv on kibana
