Hi All,

I'm trying to follow the steps
here: [http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/reference/index-modules/analysis/synonym-tokenfilter.html](http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/reference/index-modules/analysis/synonym-tokenfilter.html)
and use data from wordnet for synonyms.

I've downloaded the wordnet database but I can't work out which files
should be used. The ones I have tried seem to cause an error and looking
through them they don't seem to match the sample format that us show inline
in the docs.

Is there some preprocessing that needs to be done on the files to get them
into a format that elasticsearch can use?

Thanks
Chris.
