# X pack installation fails for elastic search with "exception in thread main" error

below is the error message generated when trying to install x-pack

Please don't post images of text as they are hardly readable and not searchable.

Instead paste the text and format it with `</>` icon. Check the preview window.

Probably you have a proxy or something here?
