# X-Pack Logstash Pipelines with basic License

Hi there!

I set up an ELK Stack 6.0 with X-Pack (running in trial mode). I configured a rather large logstash pipeline using X-Pack and let it pick up by a few logstash instances automatically.  
Finally, I applied for a basic license and installed it. Unfortunately, configuring logstash pipelines is not available in the basic license, so I need to write config files again.  
Is there a way to export the logstash pipeline definition out of x-pack with the basic license? Or do I have to write it all over again?

@babelr they are stored in a special index in ES, but since you don't have permissions to that index without our security feature anymore with the Basic license, you won't be able to retrieve it unfortunately.
