Hello, I'm trying to install X-pack for Kibana (version 6.1.0), but after extracting the plugin, the next step (Optimizing and caching browser bundles) takes forever and nothing happened. here the output: ```auto root@elk-u-node1:/home/ansible# /usr/share/kibana/bin/kibana-plugin install x-pack Attempting to transfer from x-pack Attempting to transfer from https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-6.1.0.zip Transferring 269804219 bytes.................... Transfer complete Retrieving metadata from plugin archive Extracting plugin archive Extraction complete Optimizing and caching browser bundles... ``` I noticed also the size of the new version for x-pack is doubled!: kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-6.0.0.zip: 114MB kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-6.1.0.zip: 257MB!!! Yeah. I'm hitting the same problem. I think it's because there is now APM in x-pack which requires more time to optimize. I heard that the team is working on a better way to do those optimizations. But for now, we need to be patient I guess... At the end, did you succeed in installing that? ---

It worked on my end. May be ask as well in #kibana room and link to this thread? Unless someone here knows how to debug this? ---

it worked also but after ~20min waiting :(, I'll post the issue on Kibana room as well. ---

So it worked? No need to create a new thread then. It's just slow. It will be better in the future AFAIK. ---

yes, but 20min waiting time is too much, I'm trying to provision the installation via Ansible everything works fine except the x-pack for Kibana. I hope it gets fixed soon. Thank you for your replies 🙂 ---
